Computer Teacher and Technology Director
Mrs. Turner grew up in Atlanta, Georgia where she got her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University in Elementary Education. After teaching for a few years in 5th grade, she went back to school to get a Master’s of Education in Middle Grades Teaching with an emphasis on math and science. She is married to Scott Turner and has two children, Madison in 4th grade and Bradley 2nd grade. A job at the Children’s Hospital for Scott brought them to Aurora, Colorado in 2008. Their family has been at Peace with Christ for three years and this is Alicia’s second year teaching at Peace with Christ. She also teaches online at the University of Phoenix and is in school at Northcentral University doing research on math performance in the United States.
