A Monopoly of Fun Fundraiser

Land on Boardwalk…and treat yourself to a therapeutic massage. Advance to Reading Railroad… and take a trip to the zoo. Land on Chance. Stop on Free Parking. Even go to Jail. It’s part of the fun … in fundraising for education.

Based on the popular board game Monopoly, Peace With Christ Christian School (PWCCS) of Aurora is holding its first annual ‘Peace-opoly’ Silent Auction.

Beginning at 6 PM Friday, February 24, this casual-dress, adult-only event will be held at The Crystal Rose, located at 9755 East Hampden in Southeast Denver. Among the many companies donating items are: Elements Therapeutic Massage, Payless Shoe Source, Target, King Soopers, Biondi Diamond Jewelers, Miller Dance Studio, Red Robin and the Denver Zoo.

The event includes both silent and live auction items, dinner, a cash bar, dancing and a special Denver Bronco guest appearance. Advance ticket purchase is $30 per person or $50 per couple. At the door, tickets will be $40 per person.

All funds raised from the event will be used to directly support PWCCS in our local community. Proceeds from the auction will provide ongoing curriculum updates to enhance education at the school and help fund improvements and expansion of the campus.

PWCCS, which opened its doors in 1994, has routinely received an A+ rating and students at the school have consistently scored in the top 10-15% in the nation. The school has also been voted BEST OF THE BEST by Denver Post readers.

PWCCS is one of the few K-8 Christian schools in Colorado that includes technology, art, music, PE, and religion classes for all grades, as well as advanced math and tutoring when needed. The school also offers extracurricular activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, track, Student Council, Band, and Lego League, to name a few.

Call the School at 303-766-7116 for more information.
